We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. You can return or exchange any product that doesn't meet your expectations within 30 days.

Easy Returns

Not satisfied? You can return qualified items within 30 days of receipt.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization before you send items back.
Conditions

Items should be in their original condition for a return or exchange.

Returns are NOT ACCEPTED for: items purchased over 30 days ago, special/custom orders, opened items, items with damaged packaging, or items that can't be resold.

A 20% restocking fee and shipping costs apply to ALL non-defective returns or exchanges.

Items accidentally shipped in error by Spa Order (Yes, this happens sometimes) may be returned at Spa Order’s expense provided that such returns are made within 30 days of receipt and the items are in original, unopened, and re-sellable condition.
Defective or Damaged Goods

Received a defective item? Or was your order damaged in transit? We've got you covered at no extra cost if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product.

You will need to provide a picture of the damaged item and packaging in order for us to process your return or exchange.
Refunds

Your refund kicks off once we get the item back. Typically, it takes about 30 days from returning your item to receiving your refund.

This 30-day period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to review your item and process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Exchanges & Replacements

Looking to exchange? Send back the original item in sellable condition. Exchanges are subject to shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

For replacements, send us the item back. If it was damaged before you got it, shoot us a photo at sales@spaorder.com first.
Remember, ALL returns or exchanges require pre-approval. Call 1-712-323-3269 or email: sales@spaorder.com. Products shipped back to Spa Order without prior authorization are NOT eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.
