Spa Order Esthie Loyalty Club (the “Program”) is a loyalty program sponsored by Spa Order through which individuals (“Members” or, individually, a “Member” or “You”) will have the opportunity to earn points (“Points”) by making purchases and by taking certain other actions, which can then be redeemed. 

To participate, Members must enroll in the Program or create an account on Spaorder.com.  Customers purchasing under wholesale or other special pricing programs are not eligible to earn rewards.  Any misuse of the program, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of all accrued points.  Spa Order may pause or terminate a member’s rewards at its sole discretion or terminate a Member’s participation in the Program.

Points can we redeemed for reward coupons toward future purchases.  Those reward coupons require a minimum purchase value to redeem the coupon and have an expiration date based on the date the reward coupon is created.

The coupon rewards may vary depending on the number of points used to redeem and the coupon rewards are subject to change.  Reward coupons cannot be applied to subscription orders, if you are a subscriber and have a reward coupon to use, you can redeem it on one-time purchases outside of your subscription.  Spa Order may add, change or remove redemption options at its sole discretion. 

Points do not constitute property, do not entitle Member to a vested right or interest and have no cash value.  As such, Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or exchanged.

Spa Order reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.  This includes, but is not limited to, changes in how points are earned, how they can be redeemed, and/or the expiration of points.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
