Bad quality, my $40 wax warmer from Amazon is better. Has to be turned all the way up to melt wax and keep it at a useable temperature. Makes a constant clicking sound. Shut off randomly and cooled so I had to turn away a client. Asked for a new one to be sent and the lettering was already faded from it and sent different colored lids. Don’t recommend
