My first pot dial knob was inaccurate when turning to desired temperature. The internal click to signal the warmer is turned on are off was just under the midway point on the dial. I was shipped a replacement in which had the same exact issue. Very disappointing.

I have been using this wax pot the past couple of months and I've really liked it. The only thing I don't like it when I was cleaning the wax pot with wax cleaner the dermwax logo smeared off and the temperature is starting to as well. Now I have slight black marks that haven't gone away still. Besides that, it works great.

Works well melting large amounts of wax. I wish the warranty was for more than 3 months, though. We had two Starpil pots burn out on us in a year. I hope this one has better luck. Word of advice, never turn the temp past 90 degrees Celsius. Also, one thing I wish was changed on this is that they should add numbers to indicate the different settings. It only has 0 and the max 120. FYI, the thick line to the right is 80, thick line at the top is 40. Each line represents 8 degrees Celsius.

Just received mine so far so good, boy is this thing huge. It holds alot of wax, going to make work so much easier.
